It is a new and very high-quality summer event for Kitzbuehel and we would like to support it from the very beginning.” explains Dr. Christian Harisch, regarding the reasons for his commitment. He sees the big potential of sports tourism in particular cycling tourism, as “Many guests, who come to Kitzuehel for skiing in winter are also active in summer; cycling fits our consumers’ needs perfectly. Cycling tourism has long since abandoned its “cheap image” and has transformed into an attractive guest segment for hotels with  high-quality standards.”
