On Sunday, July 10, the 2nd edition of the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon will take place. On July 8 and 9, late entries are still possible at the Sportpark Kitzbühel. There will be no additional fees. According to the current status, athletes from 18 nations will be at the start, including Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, France, Spain, Latvia, Norway and Slovakia.

Here some statements of three big favorites…

Patrick Hagenaars (Local hero): Hopefully it is not too hot on race day. Honestly, for me it would be better, the Horn is not so steep.

Lukas Kaufmann (4. last year):  The last couple of kilometers makes the Kitzbühel Radmarathon so special. You have to devide and feed well.

Johnny Hoogerland (Ex-Professional): This marathon is very difficult. I know the Horn from the Österreich Rundfahrt 2015,back then I rant the whole Horn.
