Since October 1, registration for the 3rd edition of the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon on August 27, 2023 is possible. Many athletes have already taken the chance to use this service in the first few days. It is just as pleasing that the KRM has a new strong premium partner in KitzSki.
On August 27, 2023, it’s going to be #supersteep again in the most legendary sports city in the Alps. For the 3rd edition of the KRM, there will be two finish for the first time. In addition to the classic one at the Kitzbüheler Horn, a new one will be added in the Kitzbühel Vorderstadt. Also new is KitzSki as a strong premium partner of the KRM. “KitzSki and Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel have given us great support right from the start. Without this strong partner, the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon would not exist in this form,” said KRM organizers Franz Steinberger and Marina Janda. The Bergbahn, as one of the largest companies in the region, provides the support cars and ensures the smooth transport of the athletes and, at a special rate, also of the spectators to the Kitzbüheler Horn. “Personally, I am thrilled by the performances of the athletes. We as Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel are happy to help make this great event a great success again next year,” says Mag. Anton Bodner, CEO of Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel. “The Kitzbüheler Radmarathon is a tremendous sporting event. What excites me is that you can also experience the Kitzbühel Alps, the Hohe Tauern, the Zillertal Alps and the Inn Valley scenically in this way. It is a colorful scenic round dance, combined with top sporting performance. This is a unique selling point of the KRM,” says Mag. Christian Wörister, CEO of Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel.
Also in 2023 again: Pasta Party, KRM Expo and as a special highlight for the athletes there will be the event hotel package powered by Harisch Hotels, because an ideal preparation starts with enough sleep and good food. The official race hotel, the Goldene Greif, is located directly at the start line and convinces with a rich breakfast offer.
